Description of Procedure Korean style double eyelid surgery
Dr.Chettawut prefers to use open technique eyelid surgery for almost cases of patients who come to have their Korean style double eyelid surgery.
The open technique needs incisions (as short as possible) on the skin at the desired level of newly created double folds in order to removal of fat underneath the eyelid skin for enhancing the new eyelid folds.
The technique also allows Dr.Chettawut to eliminate the sagging skin for long lasting result and effectively design the new double eyelid to be tender eye look with wisdom as the concept of Korean beauty.
Median and later canthoplasty can be applied in some cases upon their request.
