Tracheal shave was done via the mini-incision (2- 2.5cm) placed as high as possible above the adam's apple.

The prominent adam's apple as well as the wing of thyroid cartilage were carved to achieve a smooth contour of throat (only on the safe area above the vocal cord)

All follow up pictures were taken 2 weeks after surgery.
