How to schedule your surgery
Please feel free to e-mail me for any information you need, I will be mailing back to you as soon as possible.
I require your general information; age, height/ weight, all your past surgery, your known underlying diseases and also any unusual conditions that may have an impact on the procedure.
You can tell me your availability, I normally can adjust my schedule to accommodate my patients within 3 months.
After your surgery has been confirmed, kindly be advised that 10% non-refundable deposit made by international wire transfer is required to secure the date.After
you proceed the wire transfer, please fax me the bank receipt to my clinic at + 662-742-0845 as soon as possible so that you will be officially listed in my surgical schedule and everything will be prepared precisely for you.
Please note that the deposit cannot hold the old price. The rest of your fee will be calculated from the updated price (as posted in my website) at the time of your surgery unless you can arrange the last wire transfer for your outstanding balance before I change the price.
Required documents for all patients
Patients who are coming to have their major surgery with general anesthesia need to have the requested medical check up done within 1 month before travelling. All tests are our standard preoperative checks for major surgery which can help exclude unknown underlying conditions or diseases which might have an impact on the procedure.
Herewith the requested blood and lab tests:
1. CBC (complete blood count and platelet count)
2. Anti HIV
3. BUN & Cr (kidney function test)
4. PT & PTT (screening test for bleeding tendency due to liver disease)
5. FBS (fasting blood sugar)
6. Chest x-ray
The electrocardiogram (EKG) is also required if you're over 45 yr.
All medical check up should be done at 1 month before surgery and fax me when you get the reports.
In case the patients cannot provide the complete reports , there is the extra charge 150 US$ to complete them at the hospital.
The copy of your full flight itinerary which include your airline and flight number, your local arrival time/ date at Suvarnabhum airport (new international airport). We cannot arrange transportation service unless you provide all complete information.
The copy of your facial photos that help my staff recognize you at the airport.

Required documents for scheduling SRS
Before scheduling sex reassignment surgery, I need to prove your SRS recommendation letter.
Please note that now I accept the letter from only psychiatrist and/or license psychologist with his/her credentials and the contact address/telephone number/e-mail address.
You can send the copy by fax or e-mail the attached jpeg.files (size 50-100 KB per each page)
In case you can not provide me any documents supporting your eligibility , you may need to consult with my psychiatric partners for psychological evaluation on a one-time basis here, for which they charge 300 US$.
Your original letter (hard copy with signature) of SRS recommendation must be provided me at the time of consultation.
If you are presently married, the spousal release form signed by your wife must be brought to Bangkok.
FFS assessment / consultation by e-mail
I require your facial close up pictures (front, side, side profile view and side with 45 degree oblique angle view) for evaluation.
You can send them as attached jpeg.file to cset@truemail.co.th (size 50-200 KB, or 300x200 to 500x350 each)
or
send via ordinary mail to my office.
Please make sure that you have your hair completely combed back and no glasses on your face while taking pictures.
For those who are interested in rhinoplasty, please include Worm's eye view, that is where the camera is looking up at you to include your nostrils and entire forehead.
You can inform me what you like and dislike about your face and what surgery you are interested in.
Though you can have the x-ray facial bone done here during hospital admission, it would be nice to bring your own films to me for consultation.
The recommended views of skull x-ray serie are as follow
1.Frontal to Mandible, antero-posterior view (front view)
2.Frontal to Mandible, lateral view (side view)
Please note that I do not require CT (computarized tomography) for studying your facial bone.
Policy on HIV cases
Only healthy HIV patients are acceptable.
The universal precaution is our routine during surgery and for all after care.
HIV patients will be warmly taken care of by all my staff during their hospitalization and recuperation at the hotel like normal patients.
There is 50% extra charge which will be calculated from the total fee.
The additional lab test for CD4 and viral load as well as a report from their medical practitioner are required before scheduling.
We reserve the right to repeat anti HIV tests for normal patients. If the result are positive during the hospital admission, the surgery will be postponed to finalize the new fee or be cancelled with at 50% forfeit all payments made for surgery.
Method of payment and Money exchange
You will be given the detail of my account for wire transfer when the agreed dated of surgery has been settled.
Inter banking transfer is the most convenient way to settle the fee (both deposit and outstanding balance) and the safetest method to send money oversea by transferring in your own currency (not in BAHT currency) to Thailand.
For those who cannot send the money by inter banking transfer, the good alternative way is the Western Union. This is a fast, reliable and convenient way to send a money transfer.
but their fee is quite expensive, so you would better use this service for only the deposit transfer.
I require these following information to pick up your money.
1. The sender's name (if your contact name with me and your official name is different)
2. The total amount that you send.
3. The MTCN number
4. The sender's country
Please note that the wire fee for fund transfer needs to absorb by your side (excluded from your surgical fee).
Your outstanding balance can be paid in cash (I accept only US Dollar or Euro or Australian Dollar or Pound sterling).
Payment your balance by traveler checks is acceptable and we can bring you to the nearby local bank. Please note that the steps of cashing many traveler checks here is quite complicated and take time.
The payment by credit card (only visa and mastercard) is also acceptable for the fee less than 3,000 USD Please be aware that there is an extra charge for the local bank service (3% for visa and 4% for master card) and you may need to contact your bank for authorization while you're paying here.
Finalizing the outstanding balance by inter banking transfer 2 weeks before departure is now the most favorite choice of my incoming patients to avoid taking too much cash to Thailand.
We do not accept any cahier checks or money orders. Please do not bring them as they can not cash here.
