-upper third area (focus on forehead bone, superior orbital ridge, brow and scalp advancement)
-middle third area (focus on upper face, nose, eyelid, cheek and ear)

My techniques for facial feminization surgery involve both cranio-maxillofacial surgery for contouring the craniofacial structures (forehead-orbital-nose-maxilla and mandibular)
and generalized facial plastic surgery for soft tissue lifting or rejuneviation.
For craniofacial bone contouring works on forehead area, these include all type of bone alternation (bone shaving by surgical burr, setting back of the anterior wall of frontal sinus type 3, and frontal augmentation by using methyl methacrylate or Gore-tex (soft tissue augmentation material).
For facial bone implant, the chin and cheek bone implant are available for getting a better projection on cheek and/or chin area.
