For prospective patients who are planning their surgery with Dr.Chettawut, kindly review the following criteria before scheduling.

1. Age:
One must be completely 18 years old at least, and 70 at most. (Patients who are over 60 years old might be asked to complete supplementary medical tests)

2. Weight:
One’s weight for undertaking any cosmetic/reconstruction surgical procedure must be less than 120 kg, and less than 105 kg for SRS (Sex Reassignment Surgery)

3. Health condition(s):
Patients are expected to be healthy fit and have no physiological, biochemical or psychiatric disturbance.
The following lists are considered contra-indications for scheduling any major surgeries required general anesthesia.
3.1 Heart disease
3.2 Lung disease
3.3 Kidney disease
3.4 Liver disease or chronic hepatitis type B and C
3.5 HIV (both symptomatic and asymptomatic HIV positive)
3.6 Deep vein thrombosis
3.7 Post status cancer or any chronic illness which can possibly increase the risk of complications.

In highly special cases, the exceptional approval for scheduling the surgery may be granted to those patients who are considered minimal risk. All necessary lab and referral letter from the specialist who closely take care of the above condition can be provided for consideration.

4. Young Patients:
The patients who are younger than 20 years old must come with their parent (father and/or mother) as our regulation requires the parent to sign the consent form here on the consultation day.
