Dr.Chettawut will not schedule the surgery date beyond 1 year.

20% of total surgery fee is required in order to schedule your surgery with Dr.Chettawut.
Please be informed that Chettawut Plastic Surgery Center reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the final surgery date or time.
Any changes to the surgery schedule will always be communicated to you and these changes would not affect your travel itinerary as well as your recovery process.

The deposit will not hold the price of each procedure/package unless you have already settled the total payment.

We will only accept to reschedule the surgery once and will not accept a new reschedule date beyond 1 year from the original surgery date. The new surgery date must be settled within 30 days after notification otherwise the surgery date will be automatically canceled.

Reschedule with more than 60 days notice prior to surgery date – No charge

Reschedule between 60 to 30 days notice prior to surgery date – 10 % of total surgery fee will be forfeited

Reschedule with less than 30 days or more notice prior to surgery date – 15 % of total surgery fee will be forfeited

No reschedule date agreed within 30 days then Chettawut Plastic Surgery Center is considered as cancel – 20% of total surgery fee will be forfeited.
 

Cancellation with more than 6 months notice prior to surgery date – No charge

Cancellation with 6 to 3 months notice prior to surgery date – 5% of total surgery fee will be forfeited

Cancellation with 3 to 1 months notice prior to surgery date – 10% of total surgery fee will be forfeited

Cancellation with less than 1 month notice prior to surgery date – 20% of total surgery fee will be forfeited

Cancellation after pre-operative consultation process with Dr.Chettawut at Chettawut Plastic Surgery Center in Bangkok, Thailand – No refund of the total fee
