1. Upper lip reduction (Lip lifting) vs. Lip enhancement with gore-tex implantation
Question: I would like to get more fuller of my top lip, which one is the procedure for me?
Answer: If you scar well and have a long upper lip (distance between base of nose and top lip), the upper lip reduction should be considerred to decrease the lip to nose ratio and lift the upper lip to show more vermilion (roll out the top lip to make it fuller).
In contrary, if you do not scar well or have short to normal upper lip, I recommend to choose the lip enhancement with Gore-tex.

3. Face and neck lift after jaw contouring surgery
Question: Do I need the face and neck lift to tighten the skin along my new jaw line?
Answer: If you have loose skin or redundant skin under the jaw line before jaw contouring surgery, the face and neck lift with SMAS (platysmal muscle tightening) should also be employed to sharpen the jaw and neck definition.
The face/neck lift can be done right after jaw contouring in one setting or later but never before jaw surgery.

5. FFS together with SRS
Question: Can I have FFS done with SRS in one setting?
Answer: I normally do Sex reassignment surgery separately with major FFS procedures, anyway it is possible to complete all in the same trip if you are fit enough and can stay under my care 3-4 weeks.

6. Upper eyelid surgery together with brow lift
Question: I plan to have forehaed bone contouring and forehead/brow lift, should I also have upper eyelid surgery?
Answer: Brow lift surgery can also help improve drooping eyelid skin. If you have not a lot of excess upper eyelid skin (esp.on the tail of your eyes), the upper eyelid surgery may be not required.
